What to Bring to Your First Appointment
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.
For your initial visit, kindly remember to bring the following items:
- Referral letter from your GP, family doctor, or another healthcare provider.
- Medicare card, DVA card, or pension card.
- Details of your private hospital insurance.
- Location of any imaging studies including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans ordered by your doctors.
